Christian Leaders Basics Certificate
The Christian Basics Certificate is the first level of award that is available to students at Christian Leaders Institute. This is a two-part course consisting of Christian Leaders Formation and Basic Theology. This course covers what we consider to be the essential elements of Christian beliefs and of living out a personal walk with God. This is a great program of study for Christians who are seeking to reaffirm the foundational tenets of Christianity, and those who are new to the faith. This course is also important in laying the foundation that other programs of study will build on.

Getting Started: Christian Leaders Basics (7 Credits) – When you enroll at Christian Leaders Institute you begin with a two-class getting started course of seven credits. The first part is Christian Leaders Formation.This course of study covers three traits of every Christian leader. The first feature is calling. Are you even called to give leadership in ministry? The second characteristic of every Christian leader is a walk. Does your walk with God include daily talking (prayer) and listening (Bible study practices)? The third trait of every Christian leader is fundamental doctrinal understanding. The second part is Basic Theology. You will cover the essential teachings of Christianity that have been handed down. The Bible Study Leader Certificate grounds you in a Christian leader foundation. Completion of this two-part class brings your first Christian Leaders certificate called the Christian Basics Certificate. This award is the first graduation level at Christian Leaders Institute.
CHRISTIAN LEADERS BIBLE CERTIFICATE (13 CREDITS)
The Christian Leaders Bible Certificate builds on the Christian Basics course with a complete in-depth look at the Bible. In this program of study, students will be taken through the entire canon of scripture on a deeper level than they have studied previously. This course is ideal for anybody who is seeking a deeper understanding of scripture.

This class explores God’s Word in the New Testament, paying particular attention to literary, historical, and theological dimensions.

This ministry training course examines the historical writings of the Old Testament, focusing on the stories of God’s dealings with Israel in preparation for the coming of Jesus Christ. The class also shows some applications for contemporary Christian living and preaching. (The Old Testament’s detailed laws, Psalms, wisdom writings, and prophets are featured in other classes.)
